Before Signing Up - Please consider the following:
  1. To make reservations and check in at this hotel, you must be 25 years of age or older.
  2. ONLINE Registration only.
  3. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

After the deposit payment of $200.00 is made, we will provide an online reservation booking link for the hotel. You MUST identify yourself as members of the FABC Women’s Ministry Retreat. NOTE: The hotel is UNABLE to accommodate dietary restrictions.

  1. You will register directly with the Lodge Hotel by using the link or by calling. The link and phone number will be found in your email payment confirmation, once therequired deposit is made. Everyone is required to place a credit card on file when booking a room. When making the reservation notify the attendant of your room Selection: Single or Double, Gulf View or Park View.

  2. If you will have a roommate, only one person has to book with a credit card, but you MUST provide the hotel with both names. Upon arrival to the Lodge, you can split the payments.
  3. Majority of rooms are doubles.
  1. Single rooms are very limited. Once taken, additional single rooms will NOT be added.
  2. ADA Disability Rooms are very limited. Please specify when making reservations. Once taken we will not be able to accommodate additional ADA room needs.
  3. NO SMOKING POLICY - A Breath of Fresh Air - The Lodge is a 100% SMOKE FREE environment including both INDOOR and OUTDOOR areas. A $250.00 Recovery Fee per incident will be charged for smoking on Lodge property.
  4. If you drive: Self-park fee is $12.00 per night. Valet is $22.00 per night.
  5. Each attendee is required to place a credit card on file for incidentals at check in.

RETREAT FEES: HOW TO MAKE INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS

If you choose to make installments payments, you MUST adhere to the deadlines.
