Summer Camp 2026

  • AGES: 5-12 (MUST BE 5 YEARS OLD BY START OF CAMP) 
  • MEMBERS AND NON-MEMBERS REGISTRATION
  • Starting Wednesday, February 26, 2026 (Until Camp is FULL)
  • On-site (Franklin Avenue Baptist Church)  Every Wednesday Room: 141   Time: 12:00pm to 6:00pm

CAMP DATES & TIME:
June 1st  to July 17, 2026 - (7 Weeks)
8:00am to 3:00pm 

CAMP COST:
  • Registration fee must be paid first $100.00 per camper (non-refundable—NO CHECKS)
  • $250.00 Summer Camp Fee *NO FEES ARE REFUNDABLE ONCE CAMP STARTS
  • Total Camp Cost: $350.00 per camper
  • The $250.00 must be paid in full by Thursday, May 14, 2026 by 5:30pm CDT.
REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
  • Completed ONE PAGE Summer Camp Application (this application is not automatically sent to Mrs. Agnes) You must email or bring to the church all required documents to Mrs. Agnes at:  summercamp@franklinabc.com 
  • Copy of the Child's Birth Certificate; Photo Release Form(as last year)
  • Completed Copy of  the T-Shirt Form
  • Pay the Non-Refundable Registration fee of $100.00 per camper
  • Commit to paying the remaining camp fee balance by Thursday, May 14th by 5:30pm CDT 
NOTE: Campers WILL NOT BE registered for camp until ALL registration requirements are completed and submitted to Mrs. Agnes.  You may hand-deliver them to the church office or email ALL registration requirements and documents to: summercamp@franklinabc.com.

DOCUMENTS SUBMITTAL:
  • If you register online or in-person all required documents must be submitted to the Camp Director, Agnes Moore Cain, within 3 days of the registration payment.
  • Camp Registration’s Application and T-Shirt Form, and Photo Release Form (as last year) can be downloaded.
NOTE: I will only accept documents which are emailed or scanned to me. No PICTURES of DOCUMENTS from your CELL PHONES will be accepted.

PLEASE NOTE:
  • Before and aftercare will be available for an additional cost.
  • Before care:    6:30am to 8:00am
  • After Care:      3:20pm to 5:15pm
MANDATORY PARENT ORIENTATION

Time: 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM

Parents will must pick-up their required “CAR TAGS” beginning Monday,
May 25, 2026, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and May 26th, 27th, and 28th
from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Our Summer Camp begins at 8:00 a.m. on
Monday, June 1, 2026.
