MEMBERS AND NON-MEMBERS REGISTRATION

Starting Wednesday, April 14, 2021 (Until Camp is FULL)

  • Onsite (Franklin Avenue Baptist Church)
  • Every Wednesday
  • Time: 12:00pm until 6:00pm
  • Room 141
  • Online 24/7

 

CAMP DATES and TIME:

  • Date: June 7 through July 23, 2021 (7 Weeks)
  • Time: 8:00am to 3:00pm

 

CAMP COST:

  • Registration fee - $100.00 per camper (non-refundable—NO CHECKS)
  • $200.00 Summer Camp Fee *NO FEES ARE REFUNDABLE ONCE CAMP STARTS
  • Total Camp Cost: $300.00
  • The $200.00 must be paid in full by May 19, 2021 at 5:30pm CDT.

 

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Completed ONE PAGE Summer Camp Application
  • Copy of the Child's Birth Certificate
  • Completed T-Shirt Form
  • Pay the non-refundable registration fee of $100.00 per camper
  • Commit to paying the remaining camp fee balance by May 19th by 5:30pm CDT

DOCUMENTS SUBMITTAL:

  • If you register online or in-person all required documents must be submitted to the Camp Director, Agnes Hollins, within 3 days of the registration payment.
  • Camp Registration’s Application and T-Shirt Form can be downloaded.
  • NOTE: PICTURES of required documents will NOT be accepted. SCANS are acceptable.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Before and aftercare will be available for an additional cost.
  • Before care: 6:30am to 8:00am
  • After Care: 3:10pm to 5:15pm
